What this Engagement Includes
Clarity on Role & Scope
We begin by understanding your business, your workflow, and your leadership style. Then we help define the type of assistant that’s actually going to move the needle—whether Personal, Administrative, or Executive.
Custom Job Ad Creation
We write and publish a tailored job posting designed to attract someone who fits not only the role, but the rhythm and culture of your organization.
End-to-End Candidate Vetting
We manage sourcing, screening, and assessments. Every candidate is evaluated for skill, follow-through, communication, and alignment with your stated values and working style.
Interview Support
You’ll receive guidance for 2–4 interviews, including what to look for, what to ask, and how to evaluate each candidate beyond the resume.
Weekly Onboarding Support for Your Assistant
Once hired, your assistant will participate in a 4-week GSD Queen support track designed to help them onboard smoothly and effectively. This includes:

Weekly check-ins with our team to offer guidance, direction, and accountability

A space to troubleshoot projects, get feedback, and share wins and challenges

Exposure to new tools, systems, and workflows that can be implemented immediately

A collaborative peer environment that encourages learning and professional growth
Timeline and Expectations
Most placements are completed in 4–6 weeks.
You’ll need to be available for timely interviews when strong candidates are submitted. Because we often attract high-quality applicants, speed and responsiveness are key.
If, within 30 days of hiring, you find it’s not the right fit, we’ll run one additional full search and screening cycle at no additional charge.
