1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a service, accessing content, or engaging with GSD Queen LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all customers, clients, and website users.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

 

2. Services Provided

GSD Queen offers:

• Hiring consulting

• Life consulting

• Life planning

• Strategic advisory services

All services are delivered digitally or virtually. We do not offer subscription plans or recurring billing. Services may include structured calls, planning materials, and personalized consulting depending on the product or engagement.

 

3. Payment Terms

We accept credit card and ACH payments. All prices are clearly stated at checkout. Full payment is required to initiate service delivery unless otherwise arranged in writing.

 

4. Refund Policy

Refunds for digital products or consulting services may be issued after the first two sessions, provided the client requests cancellation in writing within that period. After the initial two sessions, no refunds will be issued.

 

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our services. Client outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including, but not limited to, effort, implementation, and timing.

6. Terms Specific to Hiring Services

 

The following terms apply exclusively to clients engaging GSD Queen LLC for hiring consulting and assistant placement services:

 

a. Payment Structure

The total hiring service fee is paid in two installments:

• Initial Payment: Due upon engagement of the hiring program and prior to the commencement of the assistant search process.

• Final Payment: Due upon the client’s selection of an assistant and before training and onboarding services begin.

 

b. Timeline

The typical timeline for identifying and presenting qualified candidates is approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date of engagement. This estimate is based on market conditions and assumes the client’s timely participation and communication.

 

c. Client Participation & Responsiveness

To facilitate an efficient and successful hiring process, clients are expected to:

• Be available and responsive to conduct interviews with 2 to 4 vetted candidates, either via Zoom or in person, shortly after candidate approval by the GSD Queen team.

• Provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process, as highly qualified assistants may receive multiple offers and can become unavailable quickly.​

d. Candidate Fit Guarantee

Once an assistant has been officially hired, the client will have a 30-day evaluation period beginning on the assistant’s start date to assess fit and performance. If the assistant is determined to be unsuitable within this timeframe, GSD Queen LLC will conduct one additional round of candidate sourcing and screening at no additional service fee, excluding any advertising or job platform fees incurred during the second search.

 

e. Non-Refundable Initial Payment

The initial payment is non-refundable once the client has been presented with a minimum of three (3) to six (6) qualified candidates for consideration, regardless of whether a hire is ultimately made.

 

f. Changes to Job Scope or Extended Timelines

If the client makes substantial or repeated changes to the job description, compensation, responsibilities, or assistant criteria after the search has begun, and such changes result in the search process extending beyond six (6) weeks, GSD Queen LLC reserves the right to bill for additional time. In such cases, the client will be charged an hourly rate of $250 for time spent continuing the search beyond the standard engagement period.

 

g. Employment Relationship and Liability​

All assistants sourced through GSD Queen LLC are hired directly by the client and are the sole employees of the client. GSD Queen LLC does not act as the employer of record and assumes no responsibility for wages, taxes, benefits, management, or ongoing supervision of the assistant.

By engaging in our hiring services, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

• All employment-related decisions (including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, supervision, and termination) are the sole responsibility of the client.

• GSD Queen LLC shall not be held liable for any claims, disputes, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the assistant’s actions, conduct, or performance once employed.

At the client’s request, GSD Queen LLC will perform a national background check on final candidates prior to hire. While we take reasonable steps to vet and screen candidates thoroughly, GSD Queen LLC makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the future performance or behavior of any assistant hired through our services.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by GSD Queen—written, audio, visual, digital, or otherwise—is the sole intellectual property of GSD Queen LLC. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or exploit any content for commercial use without our express written permission.

 

8. Conduct & Use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, share, or republish any GSD Queen materials

• Misrepresent your identity or intention during the application or service process

• Use our content or services in a way that infringes on the rights of others or violates any applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove access or terminate your services if we believe you have violated these terms.

 

9. Modifications to Services

GSD Queen reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any offerings, tools, or materials at any time, without prior notice.

 

10. Cookie Use & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and tracking tools to monitor activity, improve the user experience, and analyze web traffic. By using our site, you consent to the use of cookies.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSD Queen LLC disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website.

 

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to attempt resolution via informal negotiation and, if unsuccessful, submit to binding arbitration in the State of Colorado before pursuing legal remedies. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

 

14. Termination

We reserve the right to deny or terminate service to any client at our discretion, particularly in cases of misconduct, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
